Yes, you can test the modility platform free of charge for 30 days when you register. The trial period starts automatically when the account is activated after registration.
No, there are no additional costs for setting up your account.
The subscription fee will be billed annually or monthly, depending on the chosen payment model. The required billing data, including the billing address, are provided by you during registration.
Transports booked through our platform will be billed to you directly by the operator, separate from the subscription fee.
You can upgrade to a "higher" plan (e.g. from Standard to Premium) at any time during the contract term. The change will take place immediately after the upgrade. We will charge the difference between the previous and new subscription fee for the remaining term of the subscription. Bookings made will be used to determine the credit in the "TEU & More" bonus program. Switching to a lower subscription level (e.g. from Premium to Standard) is only possible at the end of the subscription term.
When signing up for a subscription in the Free, Standard and Premium models, the contract term is 12 months, starting from the end of the 30-day trial period. With the Enterprise model, the individually contractually agreed terms apply.
The notice periods for the Free, Standard and Premium models are 14 days before the end of the contract. For the Enterprise model, the individual contractually agreed notice periods apply.
If a subscription in the Free, Standard or Premium model is not terminated in due time at the end of the contract, the term is extended by a further 12 months.
